Media management. IMS Data and physical media containing such IMS Data may not be taken outside the United States unless permitted by the Agreement and specifically set forth in its respective Client Project Confirmation form. Service Provider must meet all security and compliance requirements specified herein in each case, if permitted pursuant to the Agreement, the IMS Data may be transmitted to Service Provider’s non US location. Such authorization shall be set forth in the Client Project Confirmation form.
