Mediation and Arbitration provisions. Any controversy or dispute arising out of the failure of the parties to negotiate a renewal of this Agreement shall be settled as hereinafter provided.
Mediation and Arbitration provisions. The Parties shall continue to abide and be bound by the Mediation and Arbitration provisions of Sections 10.5 and 10.6 respectively, in order to resolve any disputes that might arise between the Parties regarding their continuing obligations and rights under this Definitive Agreement.
