Common use of Medical Affairs Activities Clause in Contracts

Medical Affairs Activities. 17.1 ARIAD SWISSCO shall be solely responsible, [**], for medical affairs activities in the Territory, including providing medical liaisons, medical information and medical education programs and medical publications in the Territory, and attending relevant medical or scientific meetings and congresses, and shall allocate sufficient, appropriately qualified personnel and resources to conduct such activities, as set forth herein. Each Party shall have the right to purchase stock of the other Party’s medical education program materials and medical publications on mutually agreeable terms.
