Medical Liability Protection. (a) The Physician will obtain and maintain professional malpractice liability protection, at the expense of the Employer, through membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association or an alternative professional/malpractice protection plan and will be required to provide the Employer with evidence of the required protection on request.
