Medical Settings Clause Samples
The "Medical Settings" clause defines the specific environments or contexts in which certain medical activities, procedures, or obligations are to be carried out under the agreement. This clause typically outlines whether services must be provided in hospitals, clinics, outpatient facilities, or other healthcare settings, and may specify requirements for equipment, staffing, or regulatory compliance within those locations. By clearly delineating where medical services are to be performed, the clause helps ensure that all parties understand the operational boundaries and standards, thereby reducing ambiguity and supporting compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
