The University agrees to provide any physical examinations and other necessary medical treatment as determined by a University medical provider, when an employee reports to a supervisor that he/she has had a work-related illness or injury. There is no charge to the work related ill or injured employee for the initial medical treatment or for any Injured Workers Insurance Fund authorized follow-up treatment for a compensable injury.
