Medium and Form of Payment. The medium of payment for withdrawals is either cash or direct deposit; provided however, a withdrawal under either Section 10.02 or 10.03 may be paid, as directed by the Participant, in whole shares of Company Stock to the extent the withdrawal is funded from the Company Stock Fund. The form of payment for withdrawals shall be a single installment.
