MEET AND CONFER DURING THE TERM OF THE MOU. If, during the term of this MOU, the Fire Authority proposes to change any policy, rules, regulations, standard operating procedures, and general orders within the scope of representation that are not set forth in this MOU, it will provide the Association with written notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to implementation. If the Association files a request to meet and confer over a proposed change, the Fire Authority will not implement the proposed change until mutual agreement is reached or the meet and confer process is exhausted.
