Unless otherwise agreed, each party shall submit no more than two (2) issues to be placed on the agenda for each meeting and agenda items shall be submitted to the Chair at least three (3) working days before the next scheduled meeting. B. The Chair will prepare an agenda and make it available to all members at least one (1) workday prior to the meeting. The agenda will include a brief description of each item to be discussed. C.
