Common use of Meeting to Consider Amendments Clause in Contracts

Meeting to Consider Amendments. The Purchaser, at the request of the Parent shall call a meeting or meetings of the Shareholders for the purpose of considering any proposed amendment or modification requiring approval pursuant hereto. Any such meeting or meetings shall be called and held in accordance with the by-laws of the Purchaser, the Exchangeable Share Provisions and all applicable laws.
