MEETING WITH OFFICIALS Sample Clauses

The 'Meeting with Officials' clause establishes the right or obligation for parties to meet with government or regulatory authorities in connection with the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which such meetings may occur, who may attend, and whether prior notice or consent is required from the other party. For example, it may allow one party to accompany the other to meetings with regulators or require both parties to jointly participate in discussions with officials. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and coordination when dealing with authorities, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and protecting the interests of all parties involved.
