Meetings and Special Meetings of the Board. The Policy Board shall hold up to three regular meetings per year, with the option for additional or special meetings as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or Chair of the Policy Board after consultation with the Chief Executive Officer. The Operations Board shall hold at least eight meetings per year, with the option for additional or special meetings. The date, hour and place of each regular meeting shall be fixed by resolution or ordinance of the Board. Regular meetings may be adjourned to another meeting time. Special and Emergency Meetings of the Boards may be called in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Sections 54956 and 54956.
