Meetings Generally. All meetings of the Board, including, without limitation, regular, adjourned regular, special, and adjourned special meetings shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, Wis. Stat. § 19.81 et seq. (the “Open Meetings Law”). To the extent permitted by the Open Meetings Law, Board meetings may be held by telephone conference or other remote access technology as approved by the Board. A director shall be “present” at any regular or special meeting if he or she participates in person or telephone conference or other remote access technology as approved by the Board.
