Meetings Generally. Meetings of the Members may be held at such place or places as shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board. At all meetings of the Members, business shall be transacted in such order as shall from time to time be determined by resolution of the Board. Attendance by a Member at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a Member attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the grounds that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened. Notice of such meeting shall be provided to each Member at least three (3) Business Days prior to such meeting.
