Common use of Meetings of Capital Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Meetings of Capital Securityholders. No annual meeting of Securityholders is required to be held. The Administrative Trustees, however, shall call a meeting of Capital Securityholders to vote on any matter upon the written request of the Capital Securityholders of record of 25% of the Outstanding Capital Securities (based upon their Liquidation Amount) and the Administrative Trustees or the Property Trustee may, at any time in their discretion, call a meeting of Capital Securityholders to vote on any matters as to which Capital Securityholders are entitled to vote. Capital Securityholders of record of 50% of the Outstanding Capital Securities (based upon their Liquidation Amount), present in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of Capital Securityholders.
