Common use of Meetings of Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Meetings of Certificateholders. Certificateholders may exercise any voting right, give any consent or direct the Trustee at a separate meeting of Certificateholders convened for that purpose or by written consent. The Trustee will mail to each Certificateholder a notice of any meeting at which the Certificateholders are entitled to vote or consent or notice of any matter upon which action by written consent of those Certificateholders is to be taken. Each such notice will include a statement setting forth the following information: (i) the date of the meeting or the date by which the action is to be taken; and (ii) a description of any resolution proposed for adoption at the meeting on which the Certificateholders are entitled to vote or consent or of the matter upon which written consent is sought.
