Meetings of Certificateholders. The provisions of Schedule 4 to the Master Trust Deed shall apply to meetings of the Certificateholders and shall have effect in the same manner as if set out in this Agreement. Each Agent agrees to perform the duties (if any) imposed on it in that Schedule.
