Common use of Meetings of Investors Clause in Contracts

Meetings of Investors. Section I 1.1 Calling Meetings Meetings of the Investors for any purpose may be called by the General Partners and shall be called by the General Partners upon receipt of a request in writing signed by Investors having in the aggregate more than 10% of the outstanding Units. Upon receipt of a written request stating the purpose(s) of the meeting, the General Partners shall provide all Investors within IO days after receipt of such request with notice as described in Section 11.2. The meeting shall be held at a time and place convenient to the Investors.
