Meetings of the Board of Governors. 1. The Board of Governors shall hold two ordinary meetings a year. They shall coincide with CELAC-EU Senior Officials Meetings (SOM). 2. The Board of Governors shall hold extraordinary meetings at the instance of one chairperson, the Executive Director or by request of at least one third of its Members. 3. The secretariat functions for the Board of Governors shall be carried out under the authority of the Executive Director of the Foundation.
