Common use of Meetings of the Executive Committee Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Executive Committee. 9.1 The Executive Committee shall meet as frequently as deemed necessary by the Executive Committee. Any single member of the Executive Committee may call a meeting upon at least 48 hours’ notice. It is expected that during any phases of construction and design meetings for future phases that meetings would be more frequent. 9.2 Meetings of the Executive Committee may take place by phone or other electronic means. 9.3 Upon convening, the WGP representative shall act as a secretary, to take notes during the meeting and to record the voting on issues addressed during the meeting. 9.4 The secretary shall circulate the notes/a report to the other members of the Executive Committee by email within two (2) business days following the meeting.
