Meetings of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall hold meetings, on a regular and extraordinary basis, whenever the corporate interests so require and whenever called by any of its members, it being incumbent upon the Plant Director to establish the agenda for such meetings. Any and all rules regarding the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
