Common use of Meetings of the SCC Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the SCC. The SCC shall hold meetings at such times and places as shall be determined by a majority of the entire membership of the committee, but in no event shall such meetings be held less frequently than once every [***]. Meetings of the SCC will alternate between the offices of the Parties, unless otherwise agreed upon by the members of the SCC, or may be held via internet telephonically or by video conference; provided that at least two (2) meetings per year shall be held in person. Meetings of the SCC will be effective only if at least [***] of each Party are in attendance or participating in the meeting. Each Party will be responsible for the expenses incurred by its employees, consultants and its members of the SCC attending or otherwise participating in SCC meetings.
