Common use of Meetings of the Shareholder Representatives Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Shareholder Representatives. The two Shareholder Representatives shall meet at such times as may be requested by either Shareholder Representative or by Cosan or Shell, but only to: iv) resolve a deadlock at a Shareholders’ Meeting or at the Supervisory Board-level over any matters set forth in Annex B or Annex D, respectively, or any other matter as the Supervisory Board may agree; or v) address any of the other matters set forth in Annex A. All meetings of the Shareholder Representatives shall take place at a location or via teleconference as may be mutually agreed upon by the Shareholder Representatives.
