Meetings of Venturers. Subject to the requirements of Section 4.11 hereof, meetings of the Venturers may be called by the Managing Venturer and shall be called by it upon the written request of Venturers holding 10% or more of the Units. The call will state the nature of the business to be transacted, and no other business will be considered. Venturers may Vote in person or by proxy at any such meeting.
