MEL’s Rights Regarding New Distribution Agreements. Except as expressly provided in any KO Distribution Agreement with a KO/XXX Distributor and this Agreement (including Section 4.5(b)), nothing in this Agreement should be construed as granting KO Distributors exclusive distribution rights for the Products or otherwise prohibiting XXX from entering or maintaining relationships with other distributors.
