Member Acknowledgements. In connection with the Financings contemplated in Section 4.2, and subject to the provisions of Section 4.2.1 (including any Member consent requirements), each Member hereby makes available as Credit Support the following acknowledgements, agreements and representations for the benefit of the Company and any Lender:
