Common use of Member Capital Clause in Contracts

Member Capital. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or with the prior written consent of a Majority in Interest: (a) no Member shall demand or be entitled to receive a return of or interest on its Capital Contributions or Capital Account, (b) no Member shall withdraw any portion of its Capital Contributions or receive any distributions from the Company as a return of capital on account of such Capital Contributions, and (c) the Company shall not redeem or repurchase the Membership Interest, or any portion thereof, of any Member.

Member Capital.
