Common use of Member Contributions Clause in Contracts

Member Contributions. 6.1 Subject to an election pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof, each Member shall contribute, by payroll deduction, from his date of enrolment to his date of retirement or to such earlier date as his Continuous Service shall be broken, a percentage of his Earnings in each Plan Year as shown in the table set out in Section 6.6, less the amount that the Company must withhold from such Earnings in respect of contributions to the Canada or Quebec Pension Plan.
