Member in Good Standing of MasterCard and VISA Systems. The Transferor shall use its best efforts to cause the Credit Card Originator to remain, either directly or indirectly, a member in good standing of the MasterCard system (to the extent applicable), the VISA system and any other similar entity’s or organization’s system relating to any other type of revolving credit card accounts included in the Accounts.
