Member Insolvency, etc. RPMG may terminate this Agreement if Member becomes insolvent, has a receiver appointed over its business or assets and such receiver is not discharged within 30 days, files a petition in bankruptcy or has a petition in bankruptcy filed against it which, in either case, is not dismissed within 30 days, or ceases to produce ethanol for 30 days or more.
