Common use of Member Lists Clause in Contracts

Member Lists. The Employer, within 30 days of the signing of this Agreement, shall present MFPE with a list of names and addresses of all current employees covered by this Agreement. The Employer will also provide, on a monthly basis, a list of new hires, their addresses, and terminations.
