MEMBER PANEL REPORTS. HMO must furnish each PCP with a current list of enrolled Members enrolled or assigned to that Provider no later than 5 days after HMO receives the Enrollment File from the Enrollment Broker each month. If the 5th day falls on a weekend or state holiday, the file must be provided by the following working day.
