Common use of Member-Physician Relationship Clause in Contracts

Member-Physician Relationship. FHS shall not interfere with the professional relationship between any Member and his or her Member Physician(s). In no event shall FHS interfere with the responsibilities or legal right of Member Physicians or other licensed health care providers to discuss with Members information relevant to such Members’ health care. Member Physicians shall have the right to act as an advocate for and to communicate freely with Members regarding their health care, including, but not limited to, communications regarding diagnostic and treatment options.
