Member Privileges. For the duration of the Membership term, Member will receive certain benefits which may vary and are dependent upon the type of membership elected, these benefits are referred to as “Member Privileges”. SVGC reserves the right to modify Member Privileges at any time.
Member Privileges. The Member, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations shall have the following privileges:
a. Free Court Time
b. Lessons
c. League Programs
d. Tournaments
Member Privileges. For the duration of the Membership Term, Member will receive certain benefits that vary and are dependent upon the type of membership elected under Section 4 below. Collectively, these benefits are referred to as “Member Privileges.” Xxxx Ranch reserves the right to modify Member Privileges at any time providing written notice.
Member Privileges. 1. Any member can sign up to participate in the Club organized events using the online event registration system subject to event capacity limitations on a first-come-first-served basis. Skipper members can sign up to skipper a boat for a Club-organized event subject to availability.
2. Certain Club-organized activities that require a higher level of experience and training may have special requirements and application process. These events will be listed as “subject to application and review”.
3. Skipper members can make private boat reservations using the online Boat Reservation System, subject to availability. A skipper member is allowed to have up to three outstanding private reservations at any given time. Overnight private reservations are limited to three nights. Staying aboard the Club boats overnight while docked at the home marina is not permitted.
4. Club organized events take priority over private reservations. The Club will make an effort to post these events in the reservation calendar ahead of time so as not to interfere with private reservations. The Club reserves the right to take a boat off-line due to safety or maintenance concerns at any time. The Club will make an effort to notify the holder of any boat reservations that may be impacted.
5. A private reservation that has not been claimed two hours past the time it was set for will be declared a No-Show, and it can be reclaimed by the Club or other skippers. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of privileges.
6. Members may sign up for the optional skills development and mentoring program for a fee. The Club will schedule regular on-the-water and online training sessions during the season.
7. Entering the Club boats in a regatta or racing event not organized or sanctioned by the Club is prohibited.
8. Using the Club boats for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Only the American flag and the club xxxxxx may be flown on the Club boats.
9. The Club boats must be returned promptly to the Port Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx and docked at the designated slips at the end of the reservation.
10. Signing up for an event and not showing up is considered a No-Show unless a timely notification is sent to the Club before the event. Repeated no-shows can result in suspension of participation privileges.
11. Access to restrooms and showers is available to all club members; the combination code for the restroom doors can be obtained from the marina manager. On-site parking is available on a first-...
Member Privileges. 4.1. As more specifically provided in these Terms, Member has the privileges of
(a) Using at least one assigned Locker at Member’s Home Club (additional lockers available for rent (rental term 1 year or longer) to Black level memberships on a space available basis).
(b) Entering Member’s Home Club or any other wineLAIR Club or wineBANK Club in Europe and using its Member Amenities during its published business hours.
(c) Reserving and using Private Rooms on prior arrangement with the General Manager and payment of the applicable Room Fee (see Section 10 below).
(d) Entertaining Member Guests at wineLAIR Clubs on each Member visit as follows: Member may contact General Manager in advance to make special arrangements for additional guests (in General Manager’s discretion).
(e) Entering any Reciprocal Club as a Guest User and using its member and guest amenities during its published business hours.
(f) Making purchases of items available at Member’s Home Club, on open account (recorded to the Member Account by means of presenting the Member Card).
(g) Bringing Member’s own food onto wineLAIR Club premises for enjoyment of Member Card Holders and Member Guests.
(h) Receiving invitations to exclusive member only events at wineLAIR Clubs.
4.2. Black Level member’s privileges also include:
(a) the option to rent up to 3 additional lockers (one year rental term or longer), on a space available basis (see Section 9 below).
(b) free valet parking in wineLAIR’s parking facilities (on a space available-basis) while using a wineLAIR Club.
4.3. wineLAIR may from time to time organize special events and promotions, such as rare wine purchase events, for its members and their guests. All such special events and promotions are strictly at the discretion of wineLAIR. Member agrees that wineLAIR may contact Member, by mail, email, or through the Member Portal, to notify Member of special events and promotions. Participation in some special events and promotions may be limited; in that case, Black Level memberships will be given priority over Platinum level memberships. wineLAIR does not guarantee that all special events and promotions will be available to Member.
4.4. Member understands that items offered for purchase at wineLAIR Clubs may be offered by wineLAIR itself or by independent businesses that have agreed to make their products or services available to wineLAIR members at wineLAIR Clubs.

Member Privileges a. Unlimited use of Xxxxxxx X, a 1994 Catalina 270 LE with the following reservation policy:
i. Maximum of two open Sailing Sessions reserved with unlimited advanced window.
ii. Unlimited Sailing Sessions may be scheduled per month within a two-day advanced reservation window (not counting day of event.) ii. Period 2: 1400 until 30 minutes before sunset 3. RESTRICTIONS ON PRIVILEGES:
a. No single handing b. No rafting c. No racing
d. No night sailing. Vessel must be in a slip, on mooring ball or at anchor ½ hour before sunset and until light enough to navigate in the morning.
e. Area of operation limited to Lake Xxxxx. Warning: If outside Lake Xxxxx, insurance coverage ceases and member is wholly liable for any damage or liability.
f. Additional restrictions as annotated on the Member Checkout form.
g. The yacht may not be used by a Member for formal training and instruction except for prior permission granted.
