Membership Agreement. Membership in USA Gymnastics is a privilege and may be (i) denied, withheld, or non-renewed at any time by USA Gymnastics and/or (ii) suspended or terminated in accordance with USA Gymnastics’ bylaws, policies and standards. You agree that USA Gymnastics has the right to deny, withhold, non-renew, suspend or terminate your membership if you engage in any sexual misconduct, or if USA Gymnastics has reason to believe you pose a threat to the safety of athletes or other members. You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the USA Gymnastics bylaws, Safe Sport Policy, SafeSport Investigation & Resolution Procedures, and Code of Ethical Conduct. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

Membership Agreement. MEMBER AGREES TO: Accept the guidance and decisions of the event management; carry out duties in a prompt and reliable manner; use space and equipment only for duties assigned and only at authorized times; notify Cruisin' The Coast of inability to perform assigned duties; volunteer a minimum of 16 hours during the Event; inform Xxxxxxx' The Coast if you cannot attend your hours or shifts; maintain smooth working relationships and stay within the bounds of volunteerism; maintain the dignity and integrity of Xxxxxxx' TheCoast with the public; and honor confidential information. As with any other privilege, member apparel, badges and other items identifying volunteers of Cruisin' The Coast are for the sole and explicit use of the member. It is important for all Members to be aware that to work this Event you must be a Member and have filled out and signed the annual member application. It is also very important that you understand that NO children under the age of 18 and no pets are allowed to be present with you during your working hours. There are no exceptions to this. If you see a child working or riding in a golf cart please let your Manager or a Staff member know As Soon As Possible. It is also imperative that you wear the official member shirt and credential while working the Event. Do not drink alcoholic beverages while wearing the official member shirt during the Event. Member understands that the only individuals who are authorized to talk to the media regarding matters that relate to the Cruisin' The Coast Organization are the Executive Director, members of the Board of Directors and Registration Director. Xxxxxxx' The Coast Management Agrees To: Provide coordinators responsible for assignment coordination, training and supervision of the Event; provide space, equipment, working conditions and privileges to facilitate the membership at any time. Cruisin' The Coast reserves the right to cancel any membership and to restrict members to acceptable behavior during any and all activities.
Membership Agreement. You agree to conform to Mission Fed’s Bylaws and any amendments and maintain a $1 share in the Credit Union. You authorize Mission Fed to check your accounts, credit, employment history, and to obtain a consumer report from third parties, including consumer reporting agencies, now and in the future, to verify your eligibility for accounts and services and to verify person(s) transacting on your behalf for certain account types. Based upon information received from third parties and/or the general risk associated with the account, Mission Fed may limit accounts and/or services at any time. You understand Mission Fed has the right to deny membership and/or the establishment of share accounts and is under no obligation to approve the establishment of any account. Reason for denial will be disclosed to you, if requested. Mission Fed may require specific information regarding the nature of your anticipated account activity, the source of your funds, the purpose of your transactions, in addition to other questions to understand the nature of your financial activity; we reserve the right to refuse to accept any deposit to your account at any time. You agree to immediately inform Mission Fed if your name or address changes. You authorize the Credit Union to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), or locator services, to obtain your current address in the event you move and do not inform Mission Fed of your new address. Fees for locator services will be charged to your account, refer to the Consumer Fee Schedule. You agree to be responsible for actual attorneys’ fees and court costs if Mission Fed finds it necessary to take legal action against you to recover monies due as a result of your improper handling of your accounts. You understand that a joint account permits all members, without the consent of the other(s), to make deposits to or withdrawals from all shares and loans under the master membership account number including but not limited to savings, checking, certificates, and the ability to make advances from Credit Cards and Lines of Credit, or to close any account. You further understand that in a joint account, all members may pledge these funds as collateral security for a loan or loans with this Credit Union. You understand all shares will be owned jointly, with right of survivorship and payment to any of you shall be valid, and you discharge Mission Fed from any liability for such payment. Membership Agreement. A Member shall: (1) comply with the Governing Documents; (2) provide and maintain a current taxpayer identification number, mailing address and telephone number with the Cooperative; and (3) pay the Cooperative for the Cooperative’s damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and legal expenses, caused by or associated with the Member’s failure to comply with the Governing Documents. If a Member fails to comply with the Governing Documents, then, as provided in these Bylaws, the Cooperative may suspend or terminate the Member or a Cooperative Service Provided to the Member. Regardless of whether money damages are available or adequate, the Cooperative may: (1) bring and maintain a legal action to enjoin the Member from violating the Governing Documents; and (2) bring and maintain a legal action to order the Member to comply with the Governing Documents. The Articles and these Bylaws are contracts between the Cooperative and a Member. By becoming a Member, the Member acknowledges that: (1) Every Member is a vital and integral part of the Cooperative; (2) the Cooperative’s successful operation depends upon each Member complying with the Governing Documents; and (3) Members are united in an interdependent relationship. If a dispute arises out of, or relates to, the Governing Documents, the Cooperative’s Provision of a Cooperative Service, or a Member’s Use of a Cooperative Service, if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, and if requested by the Cooperative or the Member then the Cooperative and the Member shall first try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or other dispute resolute procedure. If a controversy or claim arises out of, or relates to, the Governing Documents, the Cooperative’s Provision of a Cooperative Service, or a Member’s Use of a Cooperative Service, and if requested by the Cooperative, then the Cooperative and the Member shall settle the controversy or claim by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Controversies and claims must be settled through individual arbitration, and not through collective or class action arbitration. Membership Agreement. The classification of Members, the amount of dues payable be members of each class, the amount of fees, the suspension and expulsion of Members, and all other matters affecting and relating to the Members or Membership shall be under complete control of the Madison Community Center. Membership rates are subject to change without notification. All memberships are annual memberships. A $10 service charge is accessed for a check or bank draft that is returned as insufficient. It shall be policy of The Community Center to accept applications for membership from an individual, couple, family or business of good character without regard to race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or physical disabilities. The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of The Community Center’s facilities. Tournaments, repairs and (or) maintenance of the facilities may make it necessary for The Community Center to restrict use of one or more facilities or temporarily close The Community Center that will not reduce or suspend the Members’ obligation for payment of dues.
