Member Resignation. Any Member may resign from the Company at any time upon not less than six (6) months' prior written notice to each other Member. No Member shall be entitled to any distribution from the Company as a result of his resignation. A resigned Member shall have no right to vote on any matter to be determined by the Members. A resigned Member shall have no liability or obligation to make any additional contribution of capital to the Company determined by the Members subsequent to his resignation.
Member Resignation. This agreement remains in force and the Member’s membership remains active unless either Member or the SPLC elects to terminate the membership. A Member may resign from SPLC membership upon voluntary request to the SPLC. Such termination shall be considered resignation. In the event of such termination by resignation, dues already paid for the current year will not be refunded. If membership is terminated by Member resignation, and for no other basis, the Member may rejoin SPLC at any time in future. A Member wishing to terminate their membership must email xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx no less than 61 days prior to their current year expiration date (i.e.. anniversary date) to avoid billing for their upcoming year. Member Termination SPLC reserves the right to terminate the Member’s membership at any time if the Member and/or its Member Representative(s) have failed to abide by thisMember Policies & Procedures Agreement document, the Member Conflict of Interest Policy, and/or the Member Code of Conduct.
Member Resignation. A committee member may resign at any time from the subcommittee upon providing 30 days written notice.
Member Resignation. A Member may dissociate at any time by delivering an instrument in writing of intent to dissociate to the Manager; provided, however, that upon the effective date of such resignation, such Member shall also be deemed to have cancelled or terminated its policy issued by the LLC.

Member Resignation. Each Member may at any time resign from the Company; provided, however, that an additional member shall be admitted to the Company, subject to Section 8.1 hereof, upon its execution of an instrument signifying its agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such admission shall be deemed effective immediately prior to the resignation, and, immediately following such admission, the resigning Member shall cease to be a member of the Company.
Member Resignation. Concurrently with or immediately after the Closing, Maxygen shall resign as a member of Perseid and for the purposes of the LLC Agreement, Bio shall be Maxygen’s successor in interest.
Member Resignation. Any Member may resign or terminate its membership by providing notice in writing to the Association's office at least thirty days prior to the expiration of such Member’s current year's dues; no membership dues or fees paid will be refunded.
Member Resignation. A Worker-Owner Member shall have the right to resign as a Member of the Company by filing with the Board a written notice of resignation. The resignation shall become effective immediately, or upon the date of resignation posted on the notice, without any action on the part of the Company. Resignation shall not relieve the resigning Member from any obligation for charges incurred, dues, assessments, or fees, and this Section shall not diminish any right of the Company to enforce any such obligation or obtain damages for its breach. Resignation terminates the Worker-Owner Member’s right to vote on all matters voted on by the Worker-Owners.
Member Resignation. A member may, without liability, resign as Member of the LLC at any time for any reason.
