Member Responsibilities and Obligations. Members recognize that SPP exists and operates for the benefit of the bulk electric transmission system and to ensure the reliability of the nation’s power supply. As such, Members are required to act to further these goals by participating in projects, and complying with regulatory requirements. Failure to comply with these provisions will be considered a violation of these Bylaws and the Member may be removed in accordance with the provisions for Removal of Members in the Membership Agreement.
