Member Satisfaction Guarantee. Delta Dental guarantees that at least 95 percent of respondents to Delta Dental's standard Member satisfaction survey will be satisfied with us as a whole. If Delta Dental does not meet this guarantee each calendar year, Delta Dental will refund one percent of the Contractor's Total Annual Administration Costs for each one percent that the overall Member satisfaction Rate is below the 95 percent goal.
