Member Termination. In the event that Participant is a Member, the termination of membership in DNS-OARC shall be governed by Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws. Following any termination of this Agreement, neither party shall have any rights or obligations with respect to the other party or participation in DNS-OARC, except for those continuing obligations as provided in Section 15.1, and no refund or credit shall be given for any Participation Dues paid by Participant prior to termination.
