Common use of Member Vote; Consent of Manager Clause in Contracts

Member Vote; Consent of Manager. Except for the Majority Votes required pursuant to Sections 8.2.1, 8.2.2, 8.2.5, 8.4.3, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 10.1, 10.1.3, 10.1.4 and 13.3 or as specifically provided in this Agreement which provisions shall only require a Majority Vote, matters upon which the Members may vote shall require a Majority Vote and the consent of the Manager to pass and become effective.

Member Vote; Consent of Manager. Except for the Majority Votes required pursuant to matters set forth in Sections 8.2.1, 8.2.2, 8.2.5, 8.4.3, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 10.1, 10.1.3, 10.1.4 10.1.3 and 13.3 or as specifically provided in this Agreement which provisions shall only require a Majority Vote10.1.4, matters upon which the Members may vote shall require a Majority Vote of 75% of the Units and the consent of the Manager to pass and become effective.
