Each of the parties to this Agreement (other than the initial Manager), and each Person admitted as a Member of the Company pursuant to the Act and SectionSection 9.4 of this Agreement, shall be Members of the Company until they cease to be Members in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the Certificate of Formation, or this Agreement.
