Members of House of Assembly. The Proponent undertakes to (a) ensure that no member of the House of Assembly of the Province shall have any interest in this Agreement, and (b) use its best efforts to ensure that no Member of the House of Assembly of the Province receives any benefit to arise herefrom or from any report, study, review or analysis required to be made or submitted pursuant to this Agreement.
