Common use of Members of the Chemsal Clause in Contracts

Members of the Chemsal. Club Executive will be excused from overtime and not charged when involved in Chemsal Club activities. The Chemsal Club Executive will notify the Company and the Union in writing by fax at least two (2) weeks in advance of a Chemsal Club activity identifying the members of the Chemsal Club Executive who are to be excused from overtime.
