Members Receiving State Assistance. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, names and identification numbers of Members receiving public assistance are confidential and are to be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. For the purpose of this Contract, County shall protect from unauthorized disclosure all information, records, data and data elements collected and maintained for the operation of the Contract and pertaining to Members.
