Common use of MEMBER’S RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

MEMBER’S RIGHTS. A. Pursuant to Chapter 123, Public Laws 1974, the District hereby agrees that every member of the Unit shall have the right freely to organize, join and support the Association and its affiliates for the purpose of engaging in collective negotiations and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection. Every member of the unit shall also have right to refrain therefrom.
