Members Shall Not Have Power to Bind Company. Except as set forth in Section 3.2 in its capacity as Managing Member (if applicable), no Member, acting solely in its capacity as a Member, shall transact business for the Company nor shall any Member, acting solely in its capacity as a Member, have the power or authority to sign, act for or bind the Company.
