MEMBERSHIP IN NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SECURITIES DEALERS. The Fund recognizes that the Distributor is now a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, and in the conduct of its duties under this Agreement the Distributor is subject to the various rules, orders and regulations of such organization. The right to determine whether such membership should or should not continue, or to join other organizations, is reserved by the Distributor.
