MEMBERSHIP INTERESTS CONTAIN RESTRICTIVE LEGEND. Any documents or certificates issued to evidence ownership of the Membership Interests will bear restrictive legends notifying prospective purchasers of the transfer restrictions set forth above, and the Company will not permit transfer of any Membership Interests on the books of the Company in violation of such restrictions.
