MEMBERSHIP NON-DISCRIMINATION BASED ON ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP. No employee covered by this Agreement will be interfered with, restrained, coerced or discriminated against by the Company or the Association because of membership in the Association. All employees will be free to engage in lawful Association activities or to refrain from such activities.
