Common use of Membership of the Organization Clause in Contracts

Membership of the Organization. (1) Each Contracting Party, together with those territories to which this Agreement is extended under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 48, shall constitute a single Member of the Organization, except as otherwise provided for under the provisions of Articles 5 and 6.
